How do I take Kre-Alkalyn?
Capsules: take 2 capsules 30 minutes before your workout and 2 capsules after. Powder: mix 1 heaping scoop in 4 oz of water or a beverage, and take 1 serving 30 minutes before your workout and 1 serving after.
What about rest days?
Take 2 capsules, or 1/2 serving of powder, with breakfast.
Do I need a loading phase?
No. Kre-Alkalyn is buffered creatine monohydrate, taken without a loading phase.
What sizes does it come in?
120 or 240 capsules, unflavored powder in 100 g or 210 g, and flavored powder in 110 g or 220 g.
