Directions
Mix one scoop (25 g) in 12-16 oz of cold water in a shaker cup and drink 15-20 minutes before your workout.
Warnings
This product contains caffeine and methylxanthines (300 mg caffeine per serving). In certain people, caffeine can cause serious health effects such as anxiety, palpitations, irritability, sleeplessness and stomach upset. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Keep lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from children. Site FAQ also says: not for users under 18 or with heart conditions, consult a doctor if you take medication, avoid after 7 PM, and beta-alanine may cause harmless tingling.
